AKG K1000 Repair

The AKG K1000, occasionally stylized as the "K1K", are floating, completely open headphones, sometimes referred to as earspeakers, and were first released in 1989. At the time of release, the K1000 were AKG's flagship model. They were discontinued in the mid-2000s.

Model name	Brand name and serial number
The model name is printed on the outside of the right headband mount.	The AKG wordmark and a unique serial number is printed on the outside of the left headband mount.
