It doesn't print at all

If it won’t print black or color at all, try running a nozzle check from the printer’s maintenance menu. If the nozzle check is blank, run a printhead cleaning cycle and check that the ink tanks aren’t empty and the ink has reached the lines.

If cleaning doesn’t help after a couple of cycles, the printhead may be clogged or the ink delivery system may have a problem.
