Console throws an error code during system reset. The error code is 108262-9. It's happening after signing into PSN for the first time. The software version is 26.01-12.70.00.

Hi!
It’s a generic issue. First make sure that the M.2 SSD is removed and that there are no external USB’s drives are connected. Is it solved now?
If not, try to enter safe mode and do the reset from there, does this work?
If nothing is working here, I’m afraid you need to replace the SSD. This one is soldered on, so it won’t be easy..

I've tried all that unfortunately and it still happens. Oddly an actual error message during setup doesn't appear. Only in error history. I played for a few hours after and the console seems to be working.
I still have a warranty through Sony. Is it worth sending in?
Okay, since when did it stopped giving errors? When you removed the M2 or USB or from safe mode? It's normal that it's in the history.
You can check if it is solved now for good, otherwise please sent it in to Sony for warranty. If your warranty is going to end soon, I would do it anyway.
I figured it out. Signing in with a QR code was causing it.
