I’m guessing probably a charging port or battery isssue told my nephew I would do my best to try to fix it. Just wanting some advice if anyone has any

Hi!
That USB-C port is definitely damaged and need to be replaced!
Do you have any expierence with soldering? I recommend to use a heat gun for this.
If you don’t have experience with that, I would bring it a local repair shop.
