Hi Hibban,
After being in storage for 10 years, there's little doubt the battery is dead. So the first place to start with trying to revive this phone is to replace the battery with a new one.

Once that's done, see if you can charge the battery and power the phone on. If you still have problems, come on back and let us know what you've done and what results you got, then we can try and suggest further troubleshooting steps.
