Suddenly the arrow in the screen go up or down
When used suddenly the mouse arrow become out of control and goes upward or downward of the screen and not moved after awhile become available again this happened many times during using the laptop what is the problem and how fix it ?
@addjaff does that happen when you use a mouse or your track pad? Tried a different Mouse? Have you reinstalled your drivers for the track pad?
