Gaggia cadorna start stop button flashing

The buttons aren’t working but the start/stop button is flashing. It’s isn’t the socket, I’ve pulled the plug out for 10 mins, removed the filter from the water tank. Washed the brewing unit. Their customer service seems to be office hours. It’s only a couple of months old. Any advice pls.
