I haven’t used my computer in a long time but I recently tried to use the usb port to charge my camera and none of the ports are working I’ve tried new cables and cleaned it for any dust/debris. When I did the diagnosis no problems with usb pop up.

Did you try resetting the SMC or NV-RAM (PRAM) I would give that a try 如何重置Mac笔记本电脑上的SMC、PRAM和NVRAM
