  1. MY ps4 won't turn on no light or beep. So then I got a new power supply and after installation it the console produced a constant buzzing sound when plugged in and would not power on fully. It appears to only supply standby power. All connections including the 5-pin motherboard connector front-panel ribbon cable and grounding clip were confirmed to be correctly seated multiple times during troubleshooting.

Hi there!

It does sound like something is wrong with the new replacement power supply.

I would return it and get yourself a new one and see how that goes!

If the exact same thing is happening with the other power supply as well, you should inspect the motherboard.

Did you also replaced the power cable and the 5 pin cable?

I would try that too to rule out the culprit. It's not likely that those are broken, but it's worth a try if possible.
