Hello I Have A PS4 Slim that not working keeps saying cannot access storage,tried another hard disk and have install the software all working perfectly but after some minutes it freezes and do black screen when restart it it says cannot access storage again.have tested the original hard drive its is good and working,but when put in the PS4 it says cannot access storage.any help please

Hi!
Did you also tried other USB drives? Make sure you have the "PS4 console reinstallation file".
Do NOT download the "PS4 console update file".

How is the USB formatted? It should be FAT32 formatted.
If all of above is correct, then it's most likely related to the SATA port OR SATA controller and thus this need to be repaired.
It ain't easy... And you do need to solder to get it fixed. Here is a guide: PS4 Slim SATA Bus PCB Damage. No HDD / BD Drive Access - Diagnosis and Repair
You can also replace the motherboard which is way easier, but expensive.
