@saiwin44036 that is usually repated to a bad LCD dispaly. WE need to know if this is on your pictures as well as on your camera. If it is on your pictures then it i s possibly a lens error and/or related to the or a bad CCD sensor (or flex cable). Time to open it up and to take a look. There are no guides yet but The Powershot ELPH series is pretty similar to work on for all models. Start of by using something like this guide Canon PowerShot ELPH 150 IS and see if you can get into the camera.
