Which parts need replacing from water damage?

I have a macbook air with water damage. it does not turn on or make any noises. When hooked up to the power cord it seems to charge (amber light eventually turned green as per usual) I disassembled the laptop, cleaned it and looked for the water damage indicators, i forget what they are called, but they are supposed to turn red upon contact with liquid. They were all still white.

At this point how can I tell which part/parts need replacing? Any ideas?

Thanks and Cheers

Water damage on this machine has required at least a top case replacement on every one I've seen. Your's may also need the MagSafe Board replaced (which is what I would do first). After replacing the MagSafe board it may start up if the power button has not shorted out and the logic board is still good. Refer to this question for others that have had a similar problem:

Need someone to clean/replace top case w/ keyboard

The parts that are broken.

How do I know? You're in front of it!

The way this works, with i5/i7 machines, they turn themselves on after the charger is plugged in. The old $@$* doesn't. So what you'll have to do is find a keyboard/trackpad/trackpad-to-mobo-cable that works setup so you can see if the board itself is capable of turning on.

This is NOT before cleaning it, in an ultrasonic cleaner(SWEEPING FREQUENCY NOT JEWELRY CLEANER) with a gallon of distilled water, 103 milliliters of branson EC, and tossing it into 99% alcohol before letting it dry for a day.

Then measure power rails when plugged in. I am assuming your DC In flex is not corroded. PPBUS_G3H, PP3V42_G3H, PP5V_S5, PP5V_S3, etc, and report back with some findings.
