how i can on my samsung a30s mobile mymobile battery is getting charged but i think my phones uppper circuit is dameged how i can repair it

@vishwajaybbhole give us a better description of what it is doing and what you have checked. What makes you think it is dead? Do you have the tools to check a circuit board and to replace very small components if they need to be replaced?

Assuming you've verified your charger is working and the charging port isn't blocked or damaged, you'll need to replace the battery.
