@nosakhaire58802 "keeps crashing" is no non-descript. Tell us exactly what it is doing. How long has this been going on? Has it ever worked before? What have you checked? What version Windows (or other OS) are you using? Have you at least tried to update your WiFi card driver? What frequency is your network since your Tecra Network is runs on 2.4GHz and may be kicking you off :-)
If the network card on your computer is old/broken the Windows system can shut down because processing is messed up in the drive. New network cards are available for some computers.

2) Are you connecting to a WiFi modem or a Hotspot signal?
3) What operating system, Mac or Windows, and what version is it?
4) Is it just one specific program that you are trying to run or is it the whole system crashing?
