I've replaced the right rail for my switch and it still doesn't work
I've already replaced my switch rail and made sure it was in right and yet it still doesn't work. My right joy con works perfectly fine. I just don't know what wrong with it?
What is going on? Charging issues? Or connectivity issues? Since when did it stopped working? Any liquid damage? Can you share a photo with us, regarding how it is connected? It's possible that the replacement part is faulty. Thanks in advance!
@dan0 I'm terribly sorry I'm not going send pictures but I try explain my issues. I got right rail fixed and when I got putting on the joy con on the switch it's unbelievable to connect to the system. And I'm not sure if my joy con is broken witch it shouldn't be because it's working completely fine. And check the switch rail ribbon cable to if it's fully connected and it is. So my guess it could possibly the controller. But if you have any ideas I like to know
No problem! Okay, it's easier to test the controller on a different Switch. This will be the perfect test for the controller. It's possible that the replacement part was faulty as well. Did it had the exact same error (as in for the replacement, and after the replacement)? You can buy a new controller and see if that works or not.
I literally tried everything I could to see if it worked and the same results nothing
