Little Gold 'contact' fell off when replacing battery?

My question is... When I replaced the battery on my son's Google pixel 6, a little gold 'contact' fell out of the inside. As you can see by my crudely labelled pic, this 'contact' is the same as point 1 and 2 but came from somewhere around the '?' area.

Can anyone confirm what this is and whether I need a professional replacement or will the phone be ok without it. I did so well as my first time repair but this little thing just fell out. I'm assuming it's something important 😔 and my attempt at saving a few quid by doing the repair myself has actually cost me more. Thank you in advance

I think I found what you're looking for. In the process of going through the battery and rear camera guides, I came across a couple of pictures of what I believe is the part that fell out, pointed to by the red arrow.

Here's another view with the rear camera removed.

My belief this is the right part is reinforced by the fact that I don't see it in your picture, so I'm pretty sure that solves the mystery. Now, exactly how it goes in is something you may have to figure out for yourself, I'm afraid.

I believe that is just a grounding pin and should be redundant therefore safe to loose. So it should be safe to just put it back together without it as the other pins should compensate for it just fine.
