Only LCD not working after logic board cleaning

I have 15 years of computer experience so I am not a newbie...

My WIFI started going out about a week ago and i took it into Apple who claimed there was water corrosion damage, and I needed to replace the entire logicboard...

I took out the mobo and cleaned it with professional quick evaporating corrosion cleaner... thoroughly cleaned the mobo and after putting everything back together ONLY the LCD doesn't work...

My thunderbolt display works perfectly and everything else...

Wifi works great as well now...

Any ideas?
