Why my esp32 project don't allow me to connect with other devices?

Hi experts,

I am creating an IoT project using the ESP32, breadboard, IR sensor, motor, motor driver, batteries, and connecting wires. I am good at coding, so I am sure I wrote the right one, but my microcontroller IC is unable to connect with the IP address of my device. Does anyone else face this issue? I can share the project.

Hello, No one commented on the post, so I am adding more details. I am using this ESP32 module and want to create the line following the robot. I saw different tutorials and created the one with my own style of coding. If someone wants, I can share the code and components I am using.
