Hi all, so my 3ds xl has a broken 3D slider (the metal piece with the gray piece as well) but the ribbon cable and everything is in tact. Is there still a way for me to activate the 3D?
Obviously the damage looks pretty bad, so if I need to get a new one I reluctantly will since that ribbon cable part is horrible

Best thing to do is to replace it.
They are not that expensive and will save you a lot of headache if you just replace it.
