I have found this resistor, I think it is, is bad. I believe this is a littlefuse but I don't know the part number and I have tried researching through mouser and digikey but I'm not exactly sure what the 150 & 24 on the top mean. Any help would be awesome, thank you.

RT3F1 is a polyfuse. 5V.
