What is this part called? Singer CM17

I am in the process of a total disassembly of my singer cm17 to replace a few cracked plastic parts and clean it up. Along the way I discovered a bushing that was (crazy?) glued into the frame. It's the metal bushing that passes through the top and bottom frames, and the vertical shaft passes through it. I'd like to replace it, but the extensive diagram I have doesn't list the part anywhere that I can find. If I need to, I can scrape the glue off, but I'd prefer to replace it if possible. Here is a picture of the part and a picture of how it's positioned on the shaft. Help!

OK I thought I'd pop back on here to say I got the answer. The local service guy I went to said it was probably glued there on purpose, and that my machine wasn't designed to be fixed. It's very low end, which I knew, but they do sell replacement parts for almost everything so that surprised me. So it's not really a part. I guess I'll just have to clean it up and reassemble, but how annoying.

Hi @petramanis

Not sure as I don't know the machine, but it looks like the arm shaft drive.

See p.16-p.17 of the parts list (part #s 13 -16 plus)

I can't find an image of part #15 (shaft assembly) to verify this though.

Yeah, that's the page I keep staring at. It's not there at all. The part goes just above the feed lifting cam, but it's not on the feed assembly diagram either. It seems to be in between things, and I wondered if it isn't supposed to be removed, but the way it was glued is suspicious to me. I think I'll have to go find a sewing machine store and take it to them.

Well, turns out it was glued in the factory, so it’s not a replaceable part. But it’s fine - I got it back together. My local shop technician said this machine wasn’t meant to be fixed. It’s a pretty cheap one. It’s so upsetting that planned obsolescence requires you to buy a new thing even if you want to fix an old thing. I am abandoning it for a 1960s machine because there’s another part I can’t get that’s critical.
