There can be several reasons why a given phone may not charge and there's no way we can just pull the right answer for your phone out of our hats, so we'll need you to do some basic debugging for us so we can help.

I suggest you go through that list as best you can then come on back and let us know what you found. You'll want to eliminate the charger and cord as possible sources of problems, and after that take a good look at the charging port, checking it for dirt or lint or something keeping your plug from being inserted properly. Try cleaning it and see if that helps; if none of the above does any good you may be at the point where you would need to open up the phone and replace the battery and/or the charging port, but let's go through the troubleshooting steps first and see what we find.
