I have loading problems
When I want to go to PlayStation store it just loads and won’t start the same goes to when I want to download a game from library it just loads and wont download

And when you try to install a disc game, does this work?
If not, then there is probably something wrong with the HDD.
First, you could initialize the HDD and see if it works when reinstalling the software. If it fails, then replace the HDD.
While you are there, I recommend to replace it for a SSD anyway. Way faster, less power consumption and lighter.
