Ninja foodi Max probe not plug in message

I have a OL650UK Ninja® Foodi® MAX SmartLid™ Multi-Cooker. 19mos old only

Keeps saying “probe not plug in” but it is

Swapped it the temp probe, same message.

Help pls.
