Why my laptop didn't start up while the charger connected

@shadyfathy could be an issue with the charger of the DC-in jack. Try the easy stuff first. Disconnect the power from the computer by unplugging the power cord from your computer. Reapply the AC power adapter and see if your computer does show any sign of life.
