1 How do you reattach the triggers holder to the middle frame.
Hi,
I damaged the little tab on the middle frame of my controller while trying to fix an issue with it and decided to get a new middle frame to replace it.
I can't however figure out how to attach the trigger holders (the part with the spring and a little rod that goes through) without damaging the plastic on the new frame (and the tabs I got the new frame in the first place for)
Is there a trick to it? a specific tool I need?

I can't get it to go in all the way like it should, I've tried pliers locking or non locking and applying force but at best I can barely get it in, the fit is not tight like the original is and it's not going all the way through like it should, and I damage the plastic around.⏎
I've already ordered a new middle frame because the new one is basically useless now.⏎

Another way to solve it would be to get a middle frame with those already attached but I've not been able to find any.⏎

All the videos I've found on the subject show how to remove them from the original but not how to attach them to a new one.

Hi! Thanks for the pictures! Did you noticed the spring? I think it should be at the back through the plastic. At yours, the spring is loose and not inserted at the back. Can you check this out and let us know if this was it? Thanks!

@dan0 The spring has nothing to do with the issue I'm having.
Right now it's set like it's set on the original.
My issue is with the metal rod that holds the thing together not going all the way through, spring or no spring.
At best it's pushing on the second plastic tab from inside it.

This is weird. I cannot see what is actually causing it at the moment that it won't go all in. Where did you bought the frame? Is it an original MS one? When bought from a Chinese website, the dimension can be a little off.. You are sure it's the right one, right? Because you have many different versions available.
