Hi people,
I just got a brand new Switch V2 and wanted to install a modchip. I disassembled it and gently removed the thermal paste from all parts (including APU) with 100% alcohol.
Before installing the modchip I wanted to test the functionality again and unfortunately I had to realize that only a blue screen is displayed. Under the microscope, I can't see any damage caused by the cleaning.
Could you help me with this?

Hi!
Most of the time caused by bad/colt solder joints under the APU, or RAM memory.
I would try to reball it first and see if it works, if not then reflow the RAM and try again.
It also could be because the APU or RAM is faulty and need a replacement.
But most of the time caused by colt solder joints...
Please let us know if this fixed it or not!
