Xbox one s won't turn on after being turned of for a long time

So I've had this Xbox for quite awhile so it could be age that is causing this but I go through periods of playing and not playing this console so one particular time I had gone to play it after it being off for around a year (could be more or less) and was really confused that nothing would happen when plugged up and the power button being pressed so i opened it up and deep cleaned it (it was quite dusty) but it still didn't work so I'm guessing it's a deeper problem however I can't find anything online that helps with this any ideas? Thank you! Also btw I'm writing this a year or 2 after initially discovering the issue if this matters
