TV won't turn on - red light on unless I unplug power board from tcon

I've been working to get an LG OLED65G2PUA working again. The TV shows a red light when plugged in and three blinking lights when the power button is pressed down. I tried testing the panel by unplugging ribbons to see if parts of the panel would come on. No change still blinking red light. When I unplug either of the connectors highlighted in the picture I can hear the power board click and then turn off and no red light. Is this a sign of a bad panel or bad power board?

@tardigrades 3 blinks is most commonly indicative of a bad main board. Remember that it is your main board that tells your power board to turn on and which part of the circuits to turn on. i.e. backlights, panel etc. We really need to see your boards (all of them ) to check for failed components etc. Make sure that the images are large enough and well focused.

Majority of problems are in power supply

Check ics or capacitors of supply
