Idrk what happened but every time i start the ps4 it starts for like 5 seconds and then shuts down again by itself and every time I open it the same thing happens and it doesn’t even show on the monitor that it started the monitor is just a black screen and I’d like to know the problem

Well, most likely the power supply is dying and need an replacement.
First things first, did you tried another hard drive? Also try another power cord and outlet. If it's keep failing, you probably need to replace the PSU.
