Unit turn's on,but I get no picture on the TV. Replaced the HDMI cable

Well, how is the HDMI port looking? Still good?

It’s common that the HDMI retimer IC is failing.

First I would try the simple tests.

First of all, replace the harddrive for a known working one. Sometimes if the hard drive failed, it wont show you anything (no signal), replacing it should display an image with an error. If this is the case, then the current harddisk failed and need to be replaced.

If you’ve tried this and still no image with a known working one, then take the motherboard out and replace the HDMI retimer IC.
