My Macbook has 1G each memory card and this kit upgrade to 2G each memory card to complete 4G in total.....someone did it? so I can feel confident with this...o can I get some recommendations? Thanks

It’s been awhile for me, the A1181 can support up to 4GB as you can see here in the systems specs from EveryMac 13” MacBook 2.16GHz Core 2 Duo Specs.
Make sure you use the correct RAM: 667 MHz PC2-5300. iFixit still has one upgrade kit left! MacBook 13" Core 2 Duo Mid 2007 Memory Maxxer RAM Upgrade Kit and here’s the guide MacBook Core 2 Duo RAM Replacement
Following the guide and using the correct RAM is not difficult. Wherever you buy the RAM make sure they’ve been around awhile and offer a good warranty.

This is Holmes….good solution for me…but still I have a problem…I need a battery to be replaced to fix my MacBook…but there are some restrictions due to a lithium ion battery…when I try to buy IFIXIT said it can’t be shipped due to restrictions…how can I bring to Winnipeg MB Canada ?
@holmes18018 - Sadly, iFixit doesn't offer the MacBook battery you need in the Canadian store. US to Canada fight restrictions limit what the US store can ship to Canada.
The best answer I can give you is contact the iFixit store to see if thy offer any options, or find someone who is traveling from the US to hand carry the battery on a flight, or look locally for a Mac shop that sells the battery. Getting batteries and parts for this older system is getting harder.
