Is this battery damaged?

I opened my macbook to check, the logic bord has 0,0 issues.

But my issues having was the wifi, airdrop, bluetooth not working.

At a certain point it got stuck while playing 4k videos.

And the screen wasnt working.

Now I opened it and all batteries(which were functioning properly btw and the logic board aswell I assume?(latter i do not know for sure due to the fact I dont know where airdrop, wifi et all are)

Ive added a picture of 1 battery. It seems surface. At first I thought it was some waterdamage because the underplate had some stains. Hope you know any advice.
