Why does my tv have these streaks?

I've had these streaks on my tv for a couple months now (zoom in on image to see better) and only got around to trying to clean them now since they were only mildly annoying. Turns out that they aren't on the outside of the tv since it doesn't get rid of them no matter what I do. Anyone know how or if it's possible to get rid of these and what would've caused them?

Although @oldturkey03 is our resident flatscreen TV expert, I'll throw in my $0.02 worth.

If I had to guess, I'd say those are dirt streaks, probably from condensation at some point that got in between the panels of the display. There are actually multiple layers, made of up diffusers and polarizers and the LCD itself. It's entirely possible that you could disassemble the screen and clean off the dirty layer. Once you reassembled everything, it's quite likely you could have a screen that looks new again.

I didn't locate any information on your TV specifically regarding how to do that teardown, but I did come across the service manual, which unfortunately stops before it shows how to take apart the panel.

Best best would be to search out videos showing how to replace the backlight LEDs since you have to take apart the panel to do that.

@ogsol sure looks like marks from evaporated cleaner on the diffuser sheets:-) Can't fix it unless you disassemble the panel. It is not complicated just cumbersome.

Since it is random marks, it would indicate it is a panel problem. It could be contamination between the layers of the panel. It looks too random for anything else. I do not believe it is fixable short of replacing the panel.
