BSOD and I can’t get into Maintenance Mode.
Turned on my switch and it was like that.

I would try a few things to start. Do you get video output if you put it in a dock?
Blue Screens are usually indicative of a pretty serious issue. It could be a few things, but it’s possible that this is related to a disconnect in your CPU, or an issue with the built in storage.
I would also give the Nintendo Switch Blue Screen of Death troubleshooting page a read for some extra ideas.
