I'm comfortable working on systems but not cool stripping or breaking them worse in the process. These screws are impossible to remove. I have tried so many different screw drivers. I'm just afraid I'm going to strip them like most people do. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Hi!
Yes, those are very tight and hard to remove.
You can remove them easily with a JIS screw driver. Do not try to remove it with a Philips screw driver, this will strip the screw.
I always use the JIS one to remove the faceplate.
