Finding shorted capacitor value

Hello Everyone,

I recently just found a shorted capacitor that I just removed and wanted some help in locating it.

Unfortunately I do not have a donor board that I could grab it from. If someone could please help me locate it or measure it, I'd really appreciate it.

I have attached pictures of the area where the capacitor was placed.
