Mac pro 5,1 metal upgrade not flashed

I upgraded my mac pro 5,1’s gpu from ati radeon hd 5770 to radeon rx 570 and when i upgraded it its not booting to high sierra and it takes me to macos utilities and it wont let me boot into my 120gb ssd
