@shantaecook first let us know if your device is a Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 14 2-in-1. Second, since these lines appear after it dropped , it is most likely a damaged display assembly. We really would need to see what your screen shows you to make sure off it. Post some good pictures of what it shows you, with your QUESTION. That way we can see what you see. 在已经存在的问题里加入图片
If so, then the only way to fix it would be by replacing the display. You can download the Hardware Maintenance Manual from here Page 49 will tell you how to replace the LCD
While you work on your IdeaPad, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
