Problems after screen replacement

Hey, I replaced the display on my 12 Pro Max with a cheap OLED display because I didn't want to spend a lot of money on it, but the display only lasted some days because it cracked on my pocket, but I kept using it for some weeks, the display was half green and kept turning off (locking the phone and unlocking would fix), then one day it turned off and never turned on again (phone was still working fine, only the display was off), so I replaced again with a even cheaper display (LCD), but this display never worked, only the touch part works, I already tried to clean the connectors, plug them again, force reset the phone, and nothing fixed it, but if I enter recovery mode, the screen turns green (pic below). So, what can be the issue? its possible the first cheap display fried the display part of the board? or its possible the second display to be damaged already? DFU restore have any possible chances to fix this? Thank you for the help!

These are premium devices, so buying the cheapest repair option possible will cause issues. At least you stuck with an OLED panel for the first one, but LCD should not be used on devices that were designed with an OLED panel as the OLED panel doesn't use nearly enough energy to power it. With that being side, the LCD will need to pull additional power somewhere from that connector, which can usually cause the connector on the board to burn up or damage the circuitry that runs the display.

You'll need to get a known working display. If you still have it and it still worked prior to the repair, just connect the old display and check to see if it works. Or find a functional donor display. If you don't have one, get a soft or hard OLED display. Just be aware the hard will be cheaper and also have thicker bezels. They're also more fragile. Apple uses soft OLED panels from the factory. If neither of those displays work, you've got bigger problems on your hands such as a board issue that'll need to be repaired by someone skilled in micro soldering.

Good luck!
