Hi, I am wondering if anyone can suggest some good iPhone 4s battery replacement videos to me on youtube because I will be replacing the battery in my iPhone 4s with my IT person on Friday

That’s easy. There’s a video overview as well as a step by step guide right here at iFixit.
It’s been a long while since I’ve done a 4S, but I don’t remember battery replacements being too difficult on those. Relative to other iPhones anyway. Good luck!
