What (If any) parts on the switch are married?
I'm wondering if any parts or boards of the Nintendo switch are married to each other, or is any piece swappable?

None that I know of. The only way I can see you running into a problem like this is if you start separating sets of chips containing console-specific data, which I've never heard of existing on the switch.

Something on my Mobo is dead, so I'm just hoping that if I get another motherboard I can use it with all the other parts
That won't be a problem. Even if those chips are there, they'd all be on the mobo
I wrote several of the Switch guides, so I have a bit of experience here and I'm in agreement with @darthmango that there aren't any paired parts in the Switch that I'm aware of.
There shouldn't be any issues with you swapping out the motherboard with regard to parts compatibility.
- The Emmc chip is married to the motherboard so make sure the new board has its own Emmc chip attached
- The digitizer will only work with the correct v1 or v2 game card - if there is writing on the Digitizer ribbon then it’s def V2 - no writing on the digitizer ribbon means V1
