When I use the key fob it will lock and set alarm all doors are lock and won't open all but the front passenger side. I can open the passenger side door, it will set off alarm but can open. How do I fix it, I need to be able to have it locked at work

Hi Kelly,
The automatic door locks work by hooking an electromagnetic solenoid to the mechanical linkage that locks and unlocks the doors. If that solenoid fails or more likely the wiring to it gets broken, then the lock will work when operated manually but the key fob won't work it.
So first off, check to see if the manual locking works. Press the lock button by hand and check to see if it's locked from the outside. If that works, then it's most likely the solenoid. Verify by keeping an eye on the manual lock and operate the remote. On the doors that are working you should see the manual lock engage, so see if it does on the front passenger side as well.
If it doesn't lock with either the manual or automatic lock, then it's a problem with the linkage between the lock itself and the locking knob.
In either case you'll need to take off the door panel to get to the locking mechanism to be able to fix the problem.
If you decide to do that, take some good pictures of what you see and add them to your question and we'll try to figure out what exactly the problem is.

cycle the lock/unlock button 5 times then see if the door locks, if it doesn't pass you replace the mechanism.
the locking mechanism, the door locks and actuators needs to be replaced and they need to do a SW update.
