Why do I keep getting "call failed" though I have full signal bar?

Hi I recently changed the battery in my old iPhone 7. Everything seemed to work just fine up until now when I realized I can't make or recieve calls. Phone says "call failed". I can use the LTE data, but no calling nor SMS sending/recieving. Signal bar is full. Do you have any idea what I may have f'd up?
