iMac does't boot - fan run at full speed - led 1on
Hi guys, a friend gave me a 24" intel iMac with a broken 8800 gpu.
I replaced it with a 2600pro, but the Mac doesn' boot.
I tried with the 8800 but I get the same problem.
When I plug the power cable in, all the fan start to run at full speed, the screen remains black and the power button doesn't work.
Status led 1 is on but the others are all off.
Wath could it be ?
p.s: I'm from Italy, don't care about my english
