Sony ps4 can’t connect to tv

Have you checked your pins aren't bent or anything?

Have you tried replacing the HDMI port? (If your skilled otherwise don't)

Did this just randomly happen or did something lead up to this?

If all of the above are true (Randomly happened, no bent pins) you like have the BLOD or WLOD (Aka the permanently unfixable problem). You can try booting into safe mode by holding the button until you hear 2 beeps. What can be attempted next is to tighten down some washers and see if that will fix it. If not then pull out the hard drive, buy a cheap SATA to USB cable and get your data off it.
