When you turn it on, hit the settings button on the home screen (it’s the one that looks like a DS along the bottom edge of the screen). Once the settings menu comes up, hit the first option on the left, that looks like a wrench. And language selection is the option that looks like a globe . This is the full manual if you can’t get it figured out. Pages 19 and 20 have pictures of what the screens would look like.
