Single black vertical line down display
I had exactly same problem with my iMac 27 in non-retina display (late 2013).
where can I get the display and how much would it cost to have it replaced ????

First here’s the needed guide to replace it iMac Intel 27" EMC 2639 显示器更换 and here’s the needed part 27” LCD Display Assembly, Apple P/N 661-7885
You’ll need to ask around the independent Mac repair shops to get an idea on the labor costs, otherwise this is not that hard a job as you don’t care if you mess up the current display in taking it off. I would still use some care as you don’t want to damage the other stuff just under the display!
