Try to restart with the option (alt) key pressed. Do you get a choice to select the internal HD? What version OS X are you installing?
If you can it seems something went wrong with the boot partition. Try to start from the HD and press the shift-key. It then should start without extensions. See it that helps. Otherwise start the machine holding down the keys cmd + v. That gives you a black screen with a lot of text and see if something is happening on the screen. At one point it should stop. What is then the last text that appears on the screen? This should at least let you know where it is halting.

Ok, I have try holding the SHIFT key. It went into safely.
Now i'm suspecting the Graphic Card got problem on my macbook pro.
I only can boot into safe mode..

Hook your machine up to an external monitor to test out your video. This machine also has the Nvidia recalled video processor. You may also have installed from a system disk not built for your machine or gotten an incomplete install. Try starting up holding down the "Shift" key -safe mode - and see if it will rebuild for you. That failing tell us about your installation disk.

First let's make sure of what machine you have. There is no A1150 2.2 GHz machine. Please give us the last three figures of your serial number and tell us about your installation disks. (there should be a number on them) I suspect they are incorrect for your machine.
I have hold SHIFT key. It went through and installing disc 2. After complete can't boot also. Have to hold SHIFT only can able to boot.
Could be Logicboard Graphic failure? Should I change the logicboard?
