Is there anyone that repairs these graphic cards? Or any GPUs?

I am looking to purchase a lot of non-working Zotac GeForce GTX 1070, 1060, P106-100 graphic cards. I am looking for someone who knows how to repair them and get them functioning again. IF this is you please shoot me a me msg. Thanks
